Client story · European fresh-food manufacturer
5+ years of collaboration
6 overseas territories
≈40 product references

The challenge

A European fresh-food manufacturer wanted to develop a brand that was still unknown to buyers in the French overseas markets. The range, formats, positioning and logistics also had to be adapted to the realities of each territory.

Our intervention

Trade In World built the business progressively, territory by territory. We presented the range to retail buyers, managed commercial follow-up and shared direct field feedback with the manufacturer.

Those insights helped adapt the assortment, formats, positioning and commercial approach to each market.

The outcome

  • Commercial presence across six territories
  • Approximately forty references distributed
  • Listings with major retailers and recognised national retail groups
  • Recurring business and continued range development

What made the difference

Regular field presence, direct access to buyers, continuous market feedback, strong marketing support, logistical flexibility and a close working relationship with the manufacturer.

Fractional Export Director: three engagement formats.

Depending on your export maturity, we can begin with a diagnostic, take on an execution mandate or identify the most suitable distributors. These formats can stand alone or follow one another as the project develops.
