Contact-form information

The form may collect your name, company, professional email address, requested service and message. The purpose is to respond to your request and assess a possible business relationship.

Recipients and processor

The information is received by Trade In World. Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, provides the technical form-delivery and anti-spam service as a processor. Its infrastructure includes providers such as AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner.

Audience measurement

With your consent, Trade In World uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic, understand the general origin of visits and improve its content. Google Analytics remains disabled unless you accept audience measurement. You can refuse just as easily or change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” button displayed on the site. When tracking is accepted, Google may process information including pages viewed, device information, approximate location and traffic source. Trade In World has disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation in its integration.

Necessary technical cookie

Cloudflare’s security and delivery infrastructure may set the technical cookie __cf_bm to distinguish legitimate requests from automated traffic and protect the website. This cookie is strictly necessary for the secure operation of the service, is not used by Trade In World for advertising and does not depend on your Google Analytics preference.

Legal basis and retention

Enquiry processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request and Trade In World’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Audience measurement is based on your consent. Trade In World normally keeps relevant correspondence for up to three years after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations. According to its current policy, Web3Forms may retain submission data for up to three years, unless a shorter plan-specific period applies or the data is deleted earlier. Google Analytics retention periods depend on the property settings and Google’s applicable obligations.

International transfers

Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure that may process data in several regions. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area when you accept audience measurement. These providers state that international transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing where applicable, or request data portability by contacting administration@tradeinworld.eu. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
